Common Questions
How far in advance can I book a court?
You can book courts up to 14 days in advance. Same-day bookings are available subject to court availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Equipment rental is available at most of our partner courts including paddles and balls. Rental fees range from ₱50-₱150. We recommend bringing your own paddle for the best experience.
Can I book multiple courts at once?
Yes! You can book multiple courts for tournaments or large groups. For groups of 10+, please contact us directly at hello@picklehub.ph for special arrangements.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
A confirmation email is sent instantly to the email address you provide. You can show this email at the court reception. We also send a reminder 1 hour before your booking.
Are the courts lit for night play?
Yes, all PickleHub partner courts have floodlighting for night play. Courts are available until 10-11 PM depending on the location.
